Ranok не збирає даних сам. Немає акаунтів, немає аналітики, немає реклами, немає стеження. Є рівно один виняток, і він відбувається лише тоді, коли ти сам його запускаєш: звіт про проблему або ідея.
Усе перелічене лежить лише на твоєму пристрої, у контейнері застосунку:
Ці дані нікуди не надсилаються самі. Ми не маємо до них доступу, поки ти не надішлеш звіт про проблему. Видалення застосунку видаляє їх усі.
У налаштуваннях є рядок «Повідомити про проблему». Поки ти його не відкриєш і не натиснеш «Надіслати», нічого з цього розділу не відбувається.
Рядок «Запропонувати ідею» поруч з ним надсилає такий самий запис тим самим шляхом. Різниця одна: перемикач «Додати журнал» там за замовчуванням вимкнений. Відповісти на ідею автор не може, бо запис анонімний.
Коли ти надсилаєш звіт, із пристрою йде один запис:
Перед надсиланням екран показує цей текст повністю, слово в слово. У журналі немає ні твоїх фото, ні вмісту збережених кодів, ні назв доданих звуків, ні тексту снів, а ідентифікатори в ньому скорочені до восьми символів.
Звіт лежить у базі Firestore проєкту, який обслуговує цей сайт. Його читає лише автор застосунку, і тільки для того, щоб розібратися з проблемою. Звіти не повʼязані з тобою: акаунтів у застосунку немає, і повʼязувати нема з чим. Вони не продаються, не передаються рекламодавцям і не використовуються для стеження. Firebase, сервіс Google, тут виступає сховищем.
Якщо звіт не вдалося надіслати, застосунок пропонує надіслати той самий текст поштою. Тоді все вирішує твоя поштова програма, а не ми.
Питається лише тоді, коли ти реєструєш або скануєш код чи пробуєш фото-місію. Кадри з камери обробляються на пристрої в ту саму мить, ніде не зберігаються й нікуди не передаються.
Питається лише тоді, коли ти обираєш місію «Кроки». Кроки рахує системний крокомір, застосунок читає саме їхню кількість. Ці дані не залишають пристрій.
Питається лише тоді, коли ти вирішуєш закрити журнал снів. Перевірку робить система: застосунок отримує тільки відповідь, чи вона пройшла, і нічого не зберігає. Якщо Face ID вимкнено, телефон попросить свій пароль.
Потрібні, щоб планувати будильники системним механізмом. Без цього дозволу застосунок не має чого запропонувати, і він каже про це прямо.
Застосунок звертається до мережі у двох випадках. Перший це App Store, коли ти робиш покупку або відновлюєш її; цим займається система, а не ми, і жодні твої дані з застосунку туди не йдуть. Другий це надсилання звіту про проблему, описане вище, і воно відбувається лише з твоєї ініціативи.
Застосунок не збирає даних ні від кого сам, отже не збирає їх і від дітей. Звіт про проблему надсилає той, хто тримає телефон, і лише коли натисне кнопку сам.
Якщо ця політика колись зміниться, дата вгорі зміниться разом із нею.

Ranok collects no data on its own. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. There is exactly one exception, and it happens only when you start it yourself: a problem report or an idea.
Everything below lives on your device only, inside the app's own container:
None of it is sent anywhere on its own. We cannot see it unless you send a problem report. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
Settings has a row called "Report a problem". Until you open it and tap Send, nothing in this section happens.
The "Suggest an idea" row next to it sends the same kind of record the same way. The one difference is that its "Attach the journal" switch starts off. The author cannot reply to an idea, because the record is anonymous.
When you send a report, one record leaves your device:
Before anything is sent, the screen shows you that text in full, word for word. The journal holds none of your photos, none of the contents of your saved codes, none of the names of sounds you added and none of the text of your dreams, and the identifiers in it are cut to eight characters.
Reports are stored in the Firestore database of the project that serves this site. Only the app's author reads them, and only to work out what went wrong. They are not linked to you: the app has no accounts, so there is nothing to link them to. They are not sold, not passed to advertisers and not used for tracking. Firebase, a Google service, acts as the storage here.
If a report cannot be sent, the app offers to send the same text by mail. That is then between you and your mail app, not us.
Asked for only when you register or scan a code, or try the photo mission. Camera frames are processed on the device as they arrive, are never stored and are never transmitted.
Asked for only when you choose the Steps mission. The system pedometer counts the steps and the app reads that count. The data does not leave your device.
Asked for only when you choose to lock the dream journal. The system does the check: the app only learns whether it passed, and stores nothing. If Face ID is turned off, the phone asks for its passcode instead.
Needed to schedule alarms through the system. Without this permission the app has nothing to offer, and it says so plainly.
The app uses the network in two cases. The first is the App Store, when you buy or restore the purchase; the system handles that, we do not, and none of your data from the app goes with it. The second is sending a problem report, as described above, and that happens only on your initiative.
The app collects no data from anyone on its own, so it collects none from children. A problem report is sent by whoever is holding the phone, and only when they tap the button themselves.
If this policy ever changes, the date at the top changes with it.
